Track Your Order
You can track your dispatched orders directly from your customer dashboard.
My DashboardAt KAMPAM FOODS LLP, we are committed to delivering our farm-fresh spices, tea, and dry fruits to your doorstep as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Processing and Dispatch Time
To ensure maximum freshness and quality, all retail orders are processed and packed at our facility upon receiving the order confirmation.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- If we experience an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any significant delays to you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on all retail orders above ₹999 within India.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping rate (calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight) will be applied.
- Wholesale / B2B Shipping: Bulk orders have separate freight logistics and shipping rates. Freight charges for wholesale orders will be communicated by your account manager.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location. We partner with highly reliable courier services to ensure your food products arrive safely.
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
- Remote Locations: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on our courier partner's website or via your KAMPAM customer dashboard.
5. Packaging and Safety
Since we are shipping consumable food items, we take extra care in our packaging process. All products are sealed in moisture-proof, food-grade packaging and packed into sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent damage or contamination during transit. If your package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and do not accept the delivery.
6. International Shipping
Currently, our direct-to-consumer retail website only ships within India. If you are interested in importing KAMPAM FOODS products internationally, please contact our export team via our Wholesale & B2B page.
