We take great pride in providing 100% natural, farm-sourced spices, tea, and dry fruits. Due to the natural origin of our products:

• Slight variations in color, size, and aroma may occur between different batches. This is a hallmark of natural agriculture and does not constitute a defect.
• All product weights and dimensions provided on the website are approximate and intended for general guidance, though we strictly adhere to legal metrology standards.
• We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect them perfectly.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

• Retail prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated during the checkout process.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree). We do not store your credit card details or bank credentials on our servers.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

4. Wholesale and B2B Partnerships

If you are purchasing goods for resale, distribution, or commercial use (HoReCa):

• Separate B2B pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and shipping terms apply.
• You must possess valid FSSAI and GST registrations to operate as an authorized KAMPAM distributor or retailer.
• Any unauthorized rebranding or repackaging of KAMPAM products without a formal White Labeling agreement is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by KAMPAM FOODS LLP and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or consumption of our products beyond the purchase price of the items.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. KAMPAM FOODS LLP and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bhiwani, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
